Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Padel Coach & Head Coach located in Indonesia (both Jakarta and Bali opportunities). The Coach will be responsible for coaching players, preparing training programs, and providing feedback to ensure player development. The coach will also organize and conduct padel training sessions, maintain equipment, and collaborate with other coaches and staff to create a positive learning environment.

Qualifications

  • Experience in coaching padel and developing training programs
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to motivate and inspire players of all skill levels
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Relevant coaching certifications or qualifications
  • Passion for padel and a commitment to player development
  • Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends

Responsibilities and key tasks:

  • Deliver padel lessons for all age groups and levels, including group clinics, private sessions, and social play.
  • Develop and manage the children's academy (ages 517) to support long-term player development.
  • Supervise and mentor assistant and junior coaches, ensuring consistent methodology and high standards.
  • Organize and host padel camps, tournaments, leagues, and social events for juniors and adults.
  • Collaborate with management on themed events, corporate bookings, and initiatives to enhance the club's brand.
  • Build strong relationships with members, driving loyalty, engagement, and new memberships.
  • Track player progress, lesson bookings, and academy enrollments, reporting to management and supporting club operations

  • 2.500 to 4.000+ /month depending on the offer, position, hours and experience
