PACKAGING SUPERVISOR
Job Description
As Packaging Supervisor, you will be responsible for supporting packaging development and improvement activities for both new and existing products. This role involves evaluating packaging, conducting trials, coordinating with relevant teams, and ensuring packaging meets quality and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and improve packaging for new and existing products.
- Conduct packaging evaluation and trials to ensure suitability, stability, and quality.
- Coordinate with R&D, QA, Production, Regulatory, and suppliers during the packaging development process.
- Identify and support the resolution of packaging-related issues through analysis and problem solving.
- Ensure packaging development activities comply with applicable regulations and company standards.
- Prepare and maintain documentation related to packaging development and evaluation.
Qualifications
- Professional Pharmacist Degree (Profesi Apoteker).
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; 1–2 years of experience in R&D or packaging development is an advantage.
- Experience in pharmaceutical, traditional medicine, cosmetics, or quasi-drug industries is preferred.
- Basic understanding of CPOB, CPOTB, CPKB, Halal requirements, and product development processes.
- Experience with topical products or packaging development is an advantage.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Innovative, detail-oriented, and results-oriented.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
