As a Packaging Development Staff, You Will
- Ensure that packaging aligns with the brand's identity, user experience, and sustainability goals.
- Work closely with graphic designers and NPD teams to ensure packaging design meets visual and promotional requirements.
- Identify and evaluate suppliers for packaging materials, including bottles, tubes, jars, labels, and caps.
- Negotiate with vendors to ensure the best quality, price, and delivery schedules for packaging materials and components.
- Oversee the quality control process for packaging materials, ensuring that they meet the brand's high standards for durability, performance, and aesthetics.
Requirements
- Bachelor or Diploma degree in Packaging Science, Product Design, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in packaging development, product development, or related field.
- Experience in beauty industry or FMCG is preferred.
- Deep understanding of various packaging materials (plastics, glass, paperboard, etc.) and the ability to evaluate them based on product requirements and sustainability standards.
- Strong analytical skills in testing and evaluating packaging effectiveness in accordance with safety standards and industry regulations.
- Experience in sourcing packaging materials and managing vendor relationships, ideally within the beauty or consumer goods sectors.
- Willing to do WFO in South Jakarta.
