As a Packaging Development Team, you will play an important role in developing and improving packaging solutions from concept to production. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure packaging designs are functional, compliant with BPOM regulations, production-ready, and launched according to the NPD timeline.
What will you do
Packaging Development
- Support the team in developing and improving packaging solutions based on product requirements, functionality, and quality standards.
- Assist in creating packaging dummies and prototypes for product development and evaluation.
- Support packaging design reviews to ensure alignment with technical, functional, and aesthetic requirements.
- Assist in packaging reviews and analysis to identify opportunities for improvement.
NPD & Packaging Trial
- Support packaging development activities to ensure alignment with the New Product Development (NPD) timeline.
- Assist in conducting packaging trials and testing at the factory to evaluate packaging performance and production feasibility.
- Support the identification and follow-up of packaging-related issues during trials.
Regulatory & Compliance
- Assist in reviewing packaging content to ensure compliance with applicable BPOM regulations and company standards.
- Support coordination with relevant teams to ensure packaging information is accurate and compliant before product launch.
Stakeholder Management
- Collaborate with Product Development, Production, Quality, Regulatory, Procurement, and other relevant teams in packaging development activities.
- Support coordination and follow-up of packaging-related activities and issues to ensure smooth execution.
What are we looking for
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree (S1), preferably in Engineering, Packaging, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Have a strong interest in Packaging Development, Product Development, or FMCG.
- Basic understanding of packaging materials, packaging development, or manufacturing processes is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with good attention to detail.
- Good communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Willing to learn and participate in packaging trials and testing at the factory.
- Proactive, organized, responsible, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
- Willing to be placed in West Jakarta.
- Available for an internship period of 4 months.
