Document design processes and maintain consistency with brand guidelines across all packaging outputs.
Conduct quality data analysis related to raw materials (RM), packaging materials (PM), and supporting materials to ensure compliance with established quality standards.
Prepare and evaluate the implementation of food safety and quality management systems in accordance with the latest government regulations and applicable standards.
Prepare and arrange supplier audit schedules to ensure compliance with quality and food safety standards together with the assigned team.
Conduct internal and external audits to ensure the effectiveness of quality management and food safety system implementation
Qualification
sBachelor's degree in Packaging Technology, Food Technology, Industrial Design, Graphic Design, Chemical Engineering, or a related field
.Minimum 3–5 years of experience in packaging development, quality assurance, or food manufacturing industry
.Strong knowledge of packaging materials, packaging specifications, printing processes, and packaging durability testing
.Familiar with food safety and quality management systems such as HACCP, GMP, FSSC 22000, ISO 22000, and related regulatory requirements
.Experience in conducting supplier audits, internal audits, and external audits related to quality and food safety systems
.Strong analytical skills in evaluating quality data for raw materials, packaging materials, and supporting materials
.Proficient in design and technical software related to packaging development (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, ArtiosCAD, AutoCAD, or similar tools)
.Good project management skills with the ability to manage timelines, budgets, and multiple projects simultaneously
.Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
.Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a continuous improvement mindset
.Good understanding of sustainability concepts and environmentally responsible packaging practices
.Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within cross-functional teams
.Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is preferred
