Role Description The Owner role is a full-time, on-site position based in Depok, responsible for providing strategic leadership and direction for Grant Thornton Indonesia. This role oversees overall business performance, sets long-term objectives, and ensures alignment with the global Grant Thornton network while maintaining strong local relevance. The Owner guides senior leaders in Audit & Assurance, Tax & Legal, Advisory, and Corporate Finance to achieve growth, profitability, and service excellence. Daily activities include evaluating market opportunities, overseeing key client relationships, monitoring financial results, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and professional standards. The role also involves shaping organizational culture, mentoring leadership teams, and driving innovation to support dynamic clients in their transformation and growth.
Qualifications

• Proven senior leadership experience in professional services or related industries, with a strong track record in strategy, governance, and business development.
• Extensive understanding of Audit & Assurance, Tax & Legal, Advisory, and Corporate Finance services, and the ability to integrate these offerings into cohesive client solutions.
• Strong financial acumen, including experience in budgeting, forecasting, performance management, and sustainable growth planning.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, including building and maintaining relationships with clients, regulators, partners, and internal leadership teams.
• Demonstrated ability to lead change, drive innovation, and shape a high-performance, inclusive, and ethical organizational culture.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills, with the ability to represent the firm confidently in local and international forums.
• Relevant academic background in business, finance, accounting, law, or a related field; advanced qualifications (e.g., MBA, professional certifications) are highly beneficial.
• Fluency in English and Indonesian, with strong local market insight and an understanding of global business dynamics.
