Role Description The Owner is a full-time, on-site leadership role based in Pekanbaru, responsible for overseeing the overall strategic direction, financial performance, and operational excellence of PT Endurance Lift Dynamics Indonesia. Day-to-day responsibilities include setting business objectives, approving major investments and contracts, and ensuring alignment with joint venture partners and key stakeholders. The Owner provides guidance to senior management on sales, project execution, and technical service delivery, particularly in relation to artificial lift systems such as SRP and PCP. This role involves monitoring market trends, building relationships with clients and government or regulatory bodies, and representing the company in high-level negotiations and industry forums. The Owner also promotes a culture of safety, compliance, ethical conduct, and continuous improvement, while mentoring leaders and making decisions that support sustainable growth and long-term value creation.
Qualifications
- Strong leadership and strategic management skills, with experience in driving business growth and guiding senior teams.
- Solid financial and commercial acumen, including budgeting, investment decision-making, and contract oversight.
- Extensive experience in the oil and gas sector, preferably with exposure to artificial lift systems and field operations.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, regulators, and internal stakeholders at executive level.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills, with the ability to act with integrity and sound judgment.
- Proven track record in managing on-site operations, safety standards, and regulatory compliance in Indonesia or similar markets.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Business, or a related field; advanced qualifications are an advantage.
- Fluency in Indonesian and strong proficiency in English, with readiness to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
