Descriptions:
ldentify, assess impact, and provide recommendation for resolution of issues related to business processes, procedural and system changes
Working with customers to identify business requirements
Crafting solutions to address the business needs of customers
Ensure that project quality meets standards and testing plan
Assists with second level incident resolution, problem root cause analysis, and post change validation
Provides on-call support when critical production issues occur
Follows and improves architecture, design, technical documentation, and coding standards
Work together with functional team and business users to define development requirements.
Develop Outsystems / creatio / dotnet applications according to functional and technical specifications.
Planning and executing unit testing, integration testing as well as user acceptance testing.
Create Technical and user documentation
Requirements:
Minimum diploma or bachelor degree in Information System/Information Technology
Minimum 5 years experiences in the same role
Strong knowledge of CRM processes, workflows, and best practices
Hands-on experience with no-code / low-code tools (e.g., Creatio, OutSystems)
Excellent analytical skills
Excellent communication skills for interacting with stakeholders and end-users
