Role Description

This is a full-time role for an Outside Sales Representative located in Jakarta, Indonesia. The Outside Sales Representative will be responsible for driving sales growth through effective presentations to prospective clients, fostering strong customer relationships, ensuring exceptional customer service, and identifying opportunities for new business development. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams, staying updated on market trends, and achieving sales targets in alignment with company goals.

Qualifications

• Experience in the beauty industry or familiarity with cosmetics
• Proficiency in Sales Presentations and the ability to effectively communicate product benefits and drive conversions
• Strong skills in Relationship Building and New Business Development to establish lasting partnerships and identify growth opportunities
• Excellent Customer Service and Communication skills to address client needs and maintain satisfaction
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a competitive market environment
• Self-motivation, a results-driven approach, and strong organizational skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required
