We are hiring Outlet Expansion & Acquisition at UPartners F&B brands (Selera Bareng, Ayam Rempah Remadja, etc).
Head Office: West Jakarta
Key Responsibilities
- Identify potential locations for future outlets based on market data, foot traffic, competition, and surrounding businesses
- Conduct on-site surveys and feasibility assessments
- Build and maintain relationships with property agents, landlords, and mall/ruko management
- Negotiate lease terms and secure favorable agreements
- Prepare site evaluation reports and recommendations
- Collaborate with operations, finance, and project teams for smooth outlet opening
- Track pipeline of locations and monitor market trends
Requirements
- Minimum 1-2 years experience in site acquisition, business development, or expansion in F&B outlet
- Strong understanding of what makes a location successful for a consumer-facing brand
- Good negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to analyze data and make objective recommendations
- Familiar with ruko, offices, hospitals landscape in key Indonesian cities(have access to hospitals, offices, ruko, cloud kitchen, etc)
- Proactive, resourceful, and comfortable working with targets
