Outlet Development Officer

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze outlet performance to identify performance gaps and improvement opportunities.
• Conduct feasibility studies for outlet development, including investment, financial viability, and projected performance.
• Support the implementation and evaluation of performance improvement initiatives.
• Prepare performance analysis, dashboards, and business reports to support decision-making.
• Maintain outlet performance databases and prepare reports on performance, feasibility studies, BEP, and Payback Period.
• Monitor the progress and results of improvement initiatives in coordination with relevant teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Industrial Engineering, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 years of relevant experience in business analysis, performance management, or outlet/business development.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel for data analysis, reporting, with strong data visualization skills
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
• Good communication skill
