Role Description

We are seeking a dedicated full-time Outlet Accountant to join our team on-site in Jakarta, Indonesia. The Outlet Accountant will be responsible for managing daily financial activities, including processing transactions, maintaining financial records, and preparing reports. Key responsibilities include managing accounts payable and receivable, performing reconciliations, monitoring budgets, and ensuring compliance with company financial policies. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to support accounting accuracy and audit readiness.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in financial management, including preparing budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting
• Experience in accounts payable, accounts receivable, and reconciliations
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and familiarity with using accounting software
• Exceptional attention to detail, organizational, and analytical skills
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Prior work experience in a similar accounting role; experience in F&B or retail industries is a plus
• Proficiency in written and spoken English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is highly desirable
