About the Opportunity

The Customer Experience Intern will assist the Customer Experience team by providing support in various tasks, including responding to customer inquiries and interacting with clients and travel agents. As a learner, you will gain valuable experience in the travel industry, develop business acumen, and receive relevant training. You will have the opportunity to interact directly with clients on the ground and travel agents, providing support via phone calls, WhatsApp chats, and emails

About you

• Currently enrolled in a degree program related to Hospitality, Tourism, Business, or a similar field.
• Fluent in English with intermediate to advanced level of written and spoken proficiency.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Passionate for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and communication platforms like WhatsApp.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a diverse team.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
