Because reliable infrastructure requires exceptional talent, we are looking for a Manager for OT & Network to strengthen our team in Batam.
Your Role
As OT& Network Manager, you will be responsible for leading the integration, governance, and operational readiness of all OT & network systems within the data center environment.
You will:
- Lead end-to-end integration of OT systems including DCIM, BMS interface, NMS, ERP, ticketing, access control, CCTV, and monitoring platforms.
- Define and implement network security standards and policies.
- Ensure operational data (power, cooling, space, alarms, incidents, capacity) is fully integrated and accessible for Operations, Engineering, and Management decision-making.
- Ensure all OT systems and tools are fully ready before RFS (Ready for Service), including configuration, UAT, dashboard setup, and operational handover.
- Manage, monitor and track network performance, including security and reliability testing, and take appropriate action to resolve any problems.
- Oversee OT architecture design (API, middleware, system interoperability) and prevent system overlap or redundancy.
- Manage OT vendors and system partners to ensure service quality, security compliance, and SLA adherence.
- Ensure OT and network infrastructure is secure, scalable, reliable, and aligned with business growth.
- Support Data Center Operations with resilient, high-availability OT systems.
- Oversee ERP system governance to ensure integration with operational and financial processes.
Specific Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
- 8+ years of experience in OT infrastructure, network systems, or data center environments.
- Strong understanding of DCIM, BMS integration, NMS, virtualization, cybersecurity, network technologies, and enterprise architecture.
- Experience managing IT integration projects in mission-critical environments.
- Strong vendor management and system implementation experience.
- Familiarity with Tier III / Tier IV data center operational standards is an advantage.
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
