Organizational Development Specialist

Organization Development Officer (OD Specialist) - Kalbe International Head Office

Responsible for developing and implementing Organization Development strategies and initiatives to strengthen organizational effectiveness, and talent development. This role works closely with business leaders and HR teams to align organizational structure, people capabilities, and development initiatives with business objectives while driving continuous organizational improvement.

What is your responsibility

1. Assess and optimize organizational structures, roles, workflows, and processes to ensure alignment with business strategies and organizational objectives.
2. Develop and implement organization development initiatives, including organization design, change management, and organizational effectiveness programs.
3. Conduct man power planning (MPP) analysis to identify workforce requirements and align manpower needs with current and future business objectives.
4. Identify critical positions and develop succession planning strategies to ensure a strong talent pipeline for key positions.
5. Conduct job analysis and develop job descriptions to ensure clear roles, responsibilities, and job requirements.
6. Conduct job evaluations and support job grading to ensure appropriate job levels and internal alignment.
7. Identify and develop high-potential employees through appropriate talent development and career development initiatives.
8. Drive change management initiatives and support leaders and employees in adapting to organizational changes, new processes, and ways of working.
9. Analyze organizational, performance, and talent data to identify gaps, trends, and opportunities for improvement.
10. Identify organizational capability and productivity gaps and develop initiatives to address current and future business requirements.

Who are we looking for

1. Bachelor's Degree in any major with a minimum GPA 3.00
2. Minimum at least 4 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in Organization Development field.
3. Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate organizational and people data into actionable recommendations.
4. Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
5. Willing to work fully onsite at Pulomas, East Jakarta
