Responsibilities

  • Execute and support Human Resources Development programs, particularly in Talent Development initiatives.
  • Manage and coordinate Learning & Development programs, including training needs identification and implementation.
  • Develop and enhance training modules, learning materials, and employee development programs.
  • Support mentorship, coaching, and soft skills development initiatives across the organization.
  • Contribute to Performance Management processes, including performance review activities and employee development planning.
  • Participate in Organization Development projects to improve organizational effectiveness and employee capability.
  • Support Employer Branding initiatives to strengthen the company's attractiveness as an employer.
  • Plan and execute Employee Engagement programs to enhance employee experience and organizational culture.
  • Analyze HR data and prepare reports to provide insights for strategic HR decision-making.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure successful implementation of HR Strategic programs.

Qualifications

  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree in a relevant discipline.
  • 3–5 years of relevant experience in Human Resources, especially in Learning & Development, Talent Development, or HR Strategic functions.
  • Experience in developing training materials, modules, and learning interventions.
  • Good knowledge of Performance Management and Organization Development concepts.
  • Familiarity with Employer Branding, Employee Engagement, and HR Analytics initiatives.
  • Strong analytical, communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Able to work independently as well as collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and proficient in English, both written and verbal.
