Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Organization Development (OD) initiatives
  • Oversee Performance Management System (PMS)
  • Drive end-to-end Talent Management strategy

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Engineering, Psychology, Management, or related field
  • Minimum 810 years of experience in HR, with strong exposure in OD, TD, PMS & Talent Management
  • Proven experience in managerial/leadership role
  • Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience in industrial / engineering / certification environment is a plus
