Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in related field
• Minimum 2 years experience. Experience in the telecommunication industry is a plus
• Expert in PowerPoint and proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Excellent public speaking, communication, and leadership skills
• Already living in Bali (preferable)

Jobdescription:

• LMS Management: Manage learning content, learning activities, and analytical reports within the Learning Management System.
• Competency Development: Develop training programs based on training needs analysis to enhance employee competencies.
• Organizational Development (OD): Support talent mapping, performance management, and the maintenance of the organization's competency directory.
• Training Operations & Facilitation: Coordinate training logistics and deliver training modules directly to participants.
• Evaluation & Reporting: Measure training effectiveness and prepare periodic reports on competency development progress.
