Job Description

Job Summary

  • Responsible for providing administrative support for organizational career development programs, including training management, assessment coordination, org chart updates, and data administration. This role requires strong attention to detail, cross-functional coordination, and advanced Excel skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage administrative tasks for training & learning programs (participant registration, attendance, evaluation, certificates, documentation).
  • Coordinate employee assessment processes, including scheduling, participant data management, and result filing.
  • Maintain and update the company's Organizational Chart on a regular basis.
  • Manage and organize the career development database and department documentation.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports related to training and assessments

Coordinate with users, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of programs.

  • Handle scheduling, invitations, and communication for all career development activities.
  • Provide administrative support for other Organizational Career & Development initiatives as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in any field (preferably Management/HR/Business Administration).
  • Strong Excel skills are required (vlookup, pivot table, and data management are a plus).
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and strong in data administration.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Able to work with tight deadlines and handle multiple tasks.
  • Experience as HR Admin / Training Admin / Data Admin is a plus.
