About the Job:

As an Organization Development Specialist, you are responsible to analyze, design, and maintain the organizational structure and manpower requirements of the company. The role ensures that roles, functions, staffing levels, and organizational processes are efficient, aligned with business needs, and supportive of future growth. This position plays a critical part in job analysis, workload assessment, organizational design, and ensuring optimal workforce planning.

Responsibilities:

  • Review and evaluate the existing organizational structure to ensure clarity of roles, reporting lines, and functional alignment.
  • Recommend structural improvements to support business strategy, efficiency, and scalability.
  • Maintain and update organization charts and structure documents across departments.
  • Analyze current and future workforce needs based on business forecasts and operational requirements.
  • Develop and maintain a manpower planning framework to ensure optimal staffing levels.
  • Coordinate with department heads to identify staffing gaps, redundancies, and critical positions.
  • Monitor headcount, budgeted positions, and staffing ratios.
  • Conduct job analysis through interviews, observations, and documentation reviews.
  • Develop or update job descriptions and job specifications to reflect accurate responsibilities and requirements.
  • Support job evaluation processes to ensure internal equity and alignment with compensation structures.
  • Assess department and role-level workload distribution to ensure efficiency and avoid imbalances.
  • Identify areas of overstaffing, understaffing, or process inefficiencies.
  • Provide recommendations for resource allocation, role redesign, or process improvements.
  • Prepare reports on staffing metrics, structural changes, workload analyses, and manpower forecasts.
  • Maintain accurate and updated organizational data and documentation.
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis for decision-making.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Psychology or related field.
  • 5 years of experience in Organization Development (OD), handling job analysis, workload analysis, performance management, and competency development.
  • Skilled in data analysis and problem solving.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
  • Proficiency in job analysis and manpower planning tools/methodologies.
  • Ability to interpret organizational data, headcount reports, and workload metrics.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Structured, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects.
