Responsibility

As the Organizational Development Manager, you will serve as the chief architect of organizational effectiveness and cultural evolution. You will partner closely with executive leadership to design and execute strategies that elevate business performance.

  • Strategic OD Diagnosis: Assess organizational health, structures, and workflows to identify capability gaps and design targeted interventions.
  • Change Management: Lead and champion large-scale change management initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions during business transformations and structural alignments.
  • Performance & Talent Architecture: Design, refine, and oversee robust performance management frameworks, competency models, and succession planning strategies.
  • Culture & Engagement: Shape and embed the company's core values, designing programs that drive employee engagement, inclusion, and a high-performance mindset.
  • Leadership Development: Collaborate with the L&D team to identify leadership gaps and implement frameworks that build the next generation of company leaders.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Utilize workforce analytics and HR metrics to measure the ROI of OD initiatives and guide executive decision-making.

Requirements


We are looking for a strategic thinker who isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves and build programs from scratch.

  • Experience: 8+ years of progressive experience in Human Resources, with at least 4+ years dedicated specifically to Organizational Development, Change Management, or Management Consulting. Experience at a Senior Manager level or higher is preferred.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field. An Advanced degree (MBA/Master's) or relevant certifications (e.g., Prosci, SHRM-SCP, ODCP) is highly desirable.
  • Expertise: Deep knowledge of organizational design principles, change management methodologies, and talent management frameworks.
  • Influence & Leadership: Proven track record of influencing C-suite stakeholders and managing cross-functional teams through complex organizational shifts.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong ability to translate complex data and engagement metrics into actionable business strategies.
