Organization Development and Performance Management Manager

Job Description

• Lead and manage Organizational Development (OD) and Performance Management initiatives across the company.
• Develop and implement performance management frameworks, KPI systems, and appraisal processes.
• Drive organizational effectiveness through structure review, workforce planning, and process improvement initiatives.
• Partner with business leaders to identify organizational capability gaps and propose development solutions.
• Manage talent review, succession planning, and employee development programs.
• Analyze organization and people data to provide insights and recommendations for management.
• Ensure alignment between company strategy, organizational goals, and employee performance objectives.
• Lead change management and culture transformation initiatives when required.
• Monitor and evaluate effectiveness of OD programs and performance management processes.
• Collaborate with HR teams and stakeholders to improve employee engagement and productivity.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Management, or related field.
• Minimum 10-15 years of experience in Organizational Development and/or Performance Management.
• Strong understanding of KPI setting, performance appraisal systems, competency framework, and organizational design.
• Experienced in handling performance review cycles and talent management processes.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Able to work both strategically and hands-on operationally.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Experience in healthcare or multi-business industry is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and data reporting/analysis.
