Design and manage training and development programs that meet individual, team, and organizational needs to enhance competencies and skills.
Identify talent potential within the organization and design career development programs to maximize their potential.
Develop and manage leadership development programs to identify and cultivate future leaders within the company.
Monitor performance management processes to ensure that every employee receives constructive feedback and opportunities for growth.
Experience in planning and executing training and development programs for various employee groups.
Manage the budget for training and development programs to ensure that programs remain within the allocated budget.
Requirements :
Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or a related discipline
Minimum 5+ years of progressive experience in Human Resources, with strong expertise in talent development, performance management systems, and employee engagement & development programs
Demonstrated proficiency in English, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate effectively in a professional business environment
Proven experience working in fast-paced startup and/or retail environments, with the ability to adapt to dynamic and evolving business needs
Strong capability to partner with senior leadership to align HR strategies with overall business objectives and drive organizational effectiveness
Hands-on experience with HRIS platforms and HR analytics dashboards, with the ability to leverage data for informed decision-making
Solid understanding of Indonesian labor laws, regulations, and workforce dynamics, ensuring compliance and effective people management practices
Proven leadership and team management experience, with the ability to lead, coach, and develop HR teams and cross-functional stakeholders
