Job Description

• Develop and maintain organizational policies and procedures.
• Create and socialize OD Playbook for BGP and internal users.
• Design, adopt, and adapt OD frameworks aligned with company culture and business needs.
• Provide OD consultation, facilitation, and problem-solving support to stakeholders.
• Support organizational effectiveness through strategic OD initiatives.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of experience in Organization Development, Organizational Design, or HR Strategy.
• Proven experience in developing and implementing OD frameworks, policies, and playbooks.
• Strong background in OD consulting and facilitation, including working with leaders and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Solid understanding of organizational effectiveness, culture, change management, and capability development.
• Experience translating business challenges into OD interventions and solutions.
• Ability to independently drive OD initiatives from diagnosis to execution.
• Strong analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficient in documentation, presentation, and OD storytelling (e.g., playbooks, guidelines, frameworks).
