SMOORE Indonesia has 4 plants in Indonesia and our Malang plant is looking for an Order Management Specialist. Because of our business is B2B (business to business) so this position will communicate about the demand directly with our customers and here the details:

2. PT. Atomization Technology Indonesia in Pasuruan

3. PT. Merit Technology and Innovation Indonesia in Sidoarjo

4. PT. Genesis Technology Indonesia in Malang

Job Responsibilities :

1. Receive and confirm customer orders and ensure the customer order process can be completed in accordance with the delivery target

2. Communicate with cross-departments and ensure the smooth processing of customer orders in accordance with customer-defined standards

3. Identify and resolve potential problems, and optimize workflow. Handle customer complaints and issues related to orders, and improve customer satisfaction.

4. Create routine reports including customer order data, inventory and order process efficiency and required documents.

Work Point :

  1. Order Processing: Receive customer orders, ensure the accuracy of order information, and organize cross-departmental reviews and order confirmation.
  2. Order Flow Management: Ensure smooth order processing, identify and resolve potential problems, and optimize workflows.
  3. Order Tracking: Track all stages of the order process, from order initiation to delivery, ensuring timely completion.
  4. Customer Communication: Communicate with customers to confirm order requirements, delivery dates, and other details, and address any issues during the order process. Handle customer complaints and issues related to orders, ensuring customer needs are met and enhancing customer satisfaction.
  5. Data Analysis and Reporting: Regularly analyze order data, inventory status, etc., and report on order processing efficiency, issues, and improvement suggestions.

Requirements :

1. Bachelor's degree or above, at least 3 year of relevant work experience

2. Proficient in Microsoft Office (preferably Outlook, Excel), and SAP

3. Good at communication, coordination, problem-solving, and data analysis skills

4. Fluent in English(both written and oral), can use English as working language
