An Oracle NetSuite Specialist is a professional who configures, implements, manages, and optimizes NetSuite — a cloud-based ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system used by businesses to manage financials, inventory, CRM, e-commerce, HR, and more. These specialists act as the bridge between business needs and technology.
Requirements :
- 3+ years of hands-on NetSuite experience in a production environment.
- Proven experience with NetSuite modules: Financials, Inventory, Order Management, CRM.
- Strong proficiency in SuiteScript 2.0, SuiteFlow, Saved Searches, and Reports.
- Experience integrating NetSuite with third-party systems.
- Understanding of ERP best practices, data governance, and system security (RBAC).
- Excellent communication skills and ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
Key Responsibilities :
- Design, build, and maintain custom records, fields, workflows, and forms in NetSuite based on business needs.
- Develop and manage automated approval chains, notifications, and data triggers to reduce manual effort.
- Create and maintain complex saved searches, dashboards, and reports using SuiteAnalytics and standard reporting tools.
- Build and maintain integrations with external platforms using RESTlets, webhooks, and the NetSuite SOAP/REST APIs.
- Manage roles, permissions, and user access to ensure data security and compliance.
- Write and debug client and server scripts in JavaScript to extend system logic (e.g., auto-populate fields, validate entries).
- Participate in NetSuite rollouts, upgrades, and data migrations — from discovery to post-go-live support.
- Create user guides, process documentation, and conduct training sessions for non-technical teams.
