About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion Consultant to lead and/or deliver end-to-end implementations. You will lead solution design, configuration, and delivery of Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP (or Oracle E‑Business Suite) Financial modules, ensuring alignment with client business processes and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct FIT-GAP analysis and lead design workshops for Finance processes: General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Fixed Assets (FA), Cash Management (CM), Expenses, Tax Management, Inventory.
- Define global chart of accounts, multi-currency setup, and statutory/localization requirements (including Indonesian tax and reporting).
- Develop configuration workbooks, BRDs, and functional specifications for extensions and reports.
- Knowledge extension to retail industry and how integrations happens to ERP would be more considerable.
- Configure Oracle ERP Financial modules and validate setups against business requirements.
- Prepare and execute test scripts for SIT/UAT; manage defect resolution.
- Support data migration (FBDI templates), reconciliation, and cutover planning.
- Act as the primary functional contact for Finance stakeholders and IT teams.
- Communicate complex financial processes and ERP capabilities to executive audiences.
- Mentor junior consultants, provide guidance on best practices and review deliverables for quality assurance.
- Collaborate with technical teams on integrations (OIC, REST/SOAP) and reporting (Financial Reporting/Reports).
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, audit requirements, and SOX standards
Qualifications:
- Experience: Led project implementations as a Functional Lead, with approximately 5 implementation cycles completed.
- Products: Strong hands-on expertise in Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP Financials (mandatory) or Oracle EBS Financials. Has knowledge of Oracle EPM (Planning or FCCS modules) is an added-value.
- Functional Skills: Deep knowledge of Finance processes, including GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, Tax, Expenses, and Inventory. Familiarity with Indonesian tax and statutory reporting requirements is preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in FBDI, OTBI, BI Publisher, and configuration tools.
- Soft Skills: Strong functional expertise, Excellent client-facing communication, leadership skills, problem-solving and the ability to work closely with stakeholders to optimize business processes.
- Language: Fluent in English. Additional languages are a plus.
Preferred:
- Oracle Financials Cloud certification.
- Experience in industries such as manufacturing, retail, or financial services.
- Exposure to audit and compliance frameworks.
- Familiarity with Oracle Integration Cloud and BI tools
