• Store inventory operation cloud Service (SIOCS) experience
• Functional Knowledge in Oracle Retail modules (SIM, RMS, RPM, ReIM, ReSA, RTM, etc.)
• SQL/PLSQL
• Unix
• MFCS, Pricing, (Cloud Experience)
• Product Implementation Experience
• Production Support Experience
• Performance tuning techniques for SQL
• Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI)
• Prepare Functional and Technical designs in Oracle Retail Products
• SQL/PLSQLUnix code analysis in Oracle Retail products
• Understanding of batch programs and interfaces in Oracle Retail Products
• Handle customer interactions as SPOC
