Receive and make decision on operator violation cases from various sources
Reconcile violation data, calculate applicable sanctions, and execute enforcement actions including suspension and block list update based on existing policy
Ensure operator attendance, schedule compliance, and overall performance
Assign corrective training to operators based on their violations
Prepare and distribute compliance related communication and provide case decision visibility to relevant parties
Review and make decision on appeal submission from operator and relevant parties based on evidence and applicable policy
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in any field (Industrial Engineering, Statistics, or related fields preferred)
Min. 2 years of experience in logistics or 3PL operations
Detail-oriented and consistent in reviewing and validating cases based on SOP
Able to perform data validation, reconciliation, and case assessment based on data/reports
Strong analytical thinking with basic data analysis skills
Experience in handling appeals/complaints and making objective judgments
Able to handle high work volume with strict SLA and deadlines
Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets (filtering, sorting, basic formulas)
