Role Description The Operator role is a full-time, on-site position based in Madiun. The Operator is responsible for running and monitoring production machines and equipment in accordance with standard operating procedures and quality requirements. Daily tasks include preparing materials, setting up machines, performing basic adjustments, and ensuring that production meets output and quality targets. The Operator will inspect products for defects, follow safety guidelines, and promptly report any technical or quality issues to supervisors. This role also involves maintaining a clean and organized work area, completing production records, and collaborating with team members to support efficient and continuous operations.
Qualifications
- Ability to operate basic production machinery and follow standard operating procedures safely and accurately.
- Attention to detail with strong basic quality control skills, including visual inspection and measurement checks.
- Willingness to work in shifts, stand for extended periods, and perform repetitive tasks while maintaining focus and productivity.
- Basic communication skills to coordinate with supervisors and team members and report issues clearly.
- Minimum of high school or vocational school education, preferably in a technical or manufacturing-related field.
- Prior experience in footwear, garment, or manufacturing production is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Commitment to workplace safety, discipline, and following company policies and procedures.
- Ability to learn new processes and adapt to standardized systems used by international footwear brands.
