Role Description The Operations Supervisor is a contract, on-site role based in Bandung, responsible for overseeing daily laundry operations and ensuring smooth workflow across the outlet. This role monitors staff performance, coordinates work schedules, and ensures adherence to operating procedures and quality standards. The Operations Supervisor tracks operational metrics, identifies process issues, and implements improvements to enhance efficiency, service quality, and customer satisfaction. The position involves close collaboration with crew members and management to address operational challenges, manage resources, and support training and development initiatives. The supervisor also helps enforce safety guidelines, maintain equipment readiness, and support consistent, reliable service to customers.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Supervisory Skills, including team coordination, performance monitoring, and coaching.
• Candidates should possess Operations and Operations Management skills to oversee workflows, resource allocation, and quality control.
• Candidates should possess Analytical Skills to interpret operational data, identify issues, and support decision-making.
• Candidates should possess clear and effective Communication skills for interacting with crew members, management, and customers.
• Relevant experience in retail, hospitality, or service operations, preferably in laundry or related industries.
• Ability to work on-site in Bandung, manage shifting priorities, and maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic understanding of equipment maintenance procedures and workplace safety standards is an advantage.
• Diploma or bachelor's degree in business, operations management, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
