WE ARE HIRING | OPERATIONS STAFF

PT Balancia Shipping Agensi is looking for a responsible and proactive Operations Staff to join our team in Batam.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle shipping agency services and vessel service requests to ensure smooth vessel operations.
Handle vessel documentation, port clearance, and operational arrangements in compliance with applicable regulations.
Coordinate vessel berthing, departure, loading, and discharging activities.
Arrange crew changes, provisions, and other marine-related services in coordination with relevant stakeholders.
Monitor vessel operations and provide timely operational reports to principals.

Requirements:

Experience in shipping agency, vessel operations, or marine services.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Good communication and English skills.
Responsible, detail-oriented, and proactive, with strong problem-solving and time management skills.
Adaptable to dynamic operational demands and willing to work flexible hours based on vessel operational requirements.
