Responsibilities

  • Monitor daily business performance and develop clear, insightful reports and dashboards to track regional metrics.
  • Analyze data to identify issues and provide actionable insights to support management decision-making.
  • Prepare periodic business reviews and strategic analysis reports for management.
  • Execute regional growth strategies from headquarters, ensuring timely and high-quality implementation.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Track progress of key initiatives and ensure alignment with business goals and timelines.
  • Act as liaison to bridge communication between headquarters and local team by ensuring accurate and efficient information flow.
  • Gather market insights, competitor analysis, and field feedback to support strategic planning.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or any related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales support, business operations, project coordination, or translation-related roles (Experience in consumer financing or installment industry is a plus)
  • Fluent in Mandarin and English, both written and spoken.
  • Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and data sensitivity.
  • Proficient in data tools such as Google Sheets or Excel (pivot tables, formulas, basic analysis).
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills; able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to work across teams and cultures.
