Job Description:

Develop a thorough understanding of the logistics express operational flow to identify opportunities for improvement.
Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to implement impactful process enhancements.
Design and develop training modules and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to optimize operations and address fraud risks.
Train agents to recognize new fraud methods and emerging patterns.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in any field.
A minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience.
Demonstrated experience in project management.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proven experience in team management and leadership.
Proficiency in Excel for data analysis and modeling.
