Job Description:

  • Develop a thorough understanding of the logistics express operational flow to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to implement impactful process enhancements.
  • Design and develop training modules and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to optimize operations and address fraud risks.
  • Train agents to recognize new fraud methods and emerging patterns.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in any field.
  • A minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience.
  • Demonstrated experience in project management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven experience in team management and leadership.
  • Proficiency in Excel for data analysis and modeling.
