Job Description

Summary Job Description

  • Be familiar with the Cladtek Integrated Management System (IMS), procedures, and work instructions.
  • Support the Operation Quality Manager in implementing quality procedures across the company and project activities.
  • Proactively perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for quality issues identified during project execution.
  • Promote the company's Quality Policy and encourage a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Prepare and maintain quality procedures and work instructions for project implementation.
  • Review Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) and calibration certificates to ensure compliance.
  • Monitor and report Operation Quality Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

DETAILED JOB DESCRIPTION AND RESPONSIBILITIE

Technical Role

  • Work with equipment owners in completing equipment specifications for calibration information such as calibration parameters, tolerances, and interval
  • Assists the process owner in establishing calibration and test methods (e.g. standard operating procedures, reports, and certificates) for new and existing equipment. Completes accurately all calibration test record
  • Perform internal calibration and approve products and accessories that meet tolerances and product specification
  • Raises issues and reports on calibration failure
  • Monitoring the Operation Quality KPI and immediate highlight for any KPI out of references level
  • Suggests improvements to existing standard operating procedures for calibration methods and system
  • Performs analysis/data collection for raised quality issues within the shop floor
  • Review the NCR and perform effectiveness measurement or corrective action
  • Daily communicates with the Operations Quality supervisory level team to seek any potential gap which leads to failure in the quality aspect and initiative for improvement
  • Accountable for all the works done by him and all the inspection performed by the inspectors working under his command
  • Working within the company-approved delegation of authority, budgets, and tasks assigned by the superior

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

ACADEMIC BACKGROUND

Minimum: Bachelor Degree in Mechanical / Metallurgical / Industrial Engineering.

KNOWLEDGE/COURSES

Excellent understanding of IMS and ISO 9001 requirements and implementation

  • Good understanding of pipe manufacturing and welding process
  • Formal training in quality management including internal Auditor and Lead Audi
  • Fluent/understand organization-related tools and proceses
  • Familiarity or proficiency in using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Presentation) and Adobe ed
  • Digital application understanding and operating ability

REQUIRED TECHNICAL COMPETENCE (SKILLS):

Minimum 5 years of previous experience in a similar QA

  • Good communication ability and interpersonal skill (oral and written)
  • Fluent in business English communication in both written and spoken
  • Quick learner, good analytical skill, and good problem-solving ability
  • Ability to work independently as well as on a team
  • Auditing skills and understanding
  • Fast learner
  • Can work fast within the deadline.
  • Familiar with handling several tasks at once
