Job Description:

  • Conduct routine inspection to Sortation Centre (SOC) and Hubs of Shopee Xpress to ensure that standard policy, compliance, workflows, and procedures are in place to support the operation
  • Inspect the operating compliance in Sortation Centres and Hubs (based on the Standard Operational Procedure (SOP) as well as identify improvement opportunities by providing problem identification
  • Assess the Sortation Centre and Hubs compliance level against the standard assessment checklist
  • Summarise and report key findings from the inspection on a regular basis (daily, weekly, and monthly) focusing on the bottlenecks to increase productivity and reduce cost


  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Quality Control / Assurance and / or Standard Operational Procedure (SOP) compliance
  • Prior experience in logistics, supply chain, or e-commerce fields will be an advantage
  • Familiar with logistic Key Performance Indicator (KPI), metric, system, and flow
  • Thorough knowledge of methodologies of quality assurance and standards
  • Highly flexible, collaborative, and able to work independently
  • Good communication skills and easy to adapt to the new environment
  • Willing to do work mobile to visit Sortation Centres (SOC) or Hubs to conduct an audit (shift working hours)
  • This position is only applicable for six months of contract-based employment
  • Willing to be placed in Palembang
