【About the Team】

Shopee's Operations project team continuously identifies opportunities to enhance user experience and drive cost efficiency across the full e-commerce journey - from seller policy, listings, payments, and logistics, to returns and customer service. We lead high-impact, cross-functional projects and collaborate closely with regional and local teams to solve complex business challenges, scale operations, and deliver measurable business impact.

【What You'll Do】

. Analyze operational performance, diagnose root causes, and design targeted, scalable solutions

. Develop operational strategies and present data-backed findings and recommendations to senior management

. Lead cross-functional collaboration to drive end-to-end execution of initiatives

. Monitor key operational metrics and continuously identify opportunities for improvement.

. Design and implement AI agent workflows to improve operational efficiency.


Requirements:

【What You'll Need】
. 0-3 years of experience in business analytics, project management, or consulting.
. Strong problem-solving and data analysis skills.
. Good communication skills to manage cross functional project and senior stakeholders.
. Comfortable navigating ambiguity in a fast-paced environment, with a sense of ownership and accountability.
. Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.

【Bonus Points】
. Hands-on experience with AI tools (Claude Cowork or similar).
. Familiarity with e-commerce operations or customer service.
