Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for operational departments, identifying trends and providing insights to management.
Use data analytics tools to assess operational performance, pinpoint bottlenecks, and evaluate the effectiveness of current processes.
Lead initiatives to streamline processes and improve efficiency, implementing best practices and ensuring continuous improvement across the operation.
Generate regular reports on performance metrics, highlighting successes, challenges, and recommendations for improvement.
Work with teams across departments (e.g., logistics, customer service, production) to align on performance objectives and develop integrated solutions to optimize operations.
Establish performance goals for operational teams, set benchmarks, and compare results to industry standards and past performance.
Identify skill gaps in operational teams and recommend training programs to improve performance, compliance, and efficiency.
Analyze operational issues and root causes, proposing and implementing solutions to mitigate performance disruptions.
Evaluate costs associated with operational inefficiencies and suggest improvements to reduce waste and manage resources effectively.
Requirements
Minimum 3 years experiences in Project Management (PMO), Strategic Operations, or Operations Excellence
Strong analytical skills with expertise in data analysis and performance measurement tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, Power BI)
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail for tracking performance metrics and managing improvement initiatives
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with various teams and present insights to management
Familiarity with performance management systems, operational benchmarking, and best practices in process improvement
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic environment
Strong business acumen with an understanding of how operations impact financial performance
