What you will do:
- Creation of groups on the trading platform in addition to configuring new settings for specific client and regulatory requirements.
- Reporting and updating of swap points, spread and other product information within the backoffice and website.
- Keeping management informed by reviewing and analyzing special reports and summarizing information.
- Liaising with technology vendors and liquidity providers to accommodate the business.
- Responding to client inquiries (tickets related to customer trading issues) and pending case inquiries to ensure timely resolution.
- UAT testing on the client platform for technology upgrades.
- Ensure that all customer deposit transactions are credited to the customer's trading account.
- Reconciliation daily transaction and reporting to other related divisions.
- Ensure Lot Match with Liquidity Provider.
- Create Kliring & Multilateral Reports.
- Processing Settlement from payment provider.
- Make sure customer trading is a seamless process.
- Monitoring all symbols running.
- Daily dealing reconciliation.
- Make sure the free swap is calculated properly.
- Processing NBP.
- Handle customer issues related to trading and deposit issues.
- Maintain deposit SLA for customer Delight.
- Daily Settlement reporting reconciliation.
- Ensure all trading lot of customer trading transactions are matched with the Liquidity Provider.
- Handle Adjustment In-Out related to deposit issues.
What you will need:
- Bachelor's degree, preferably graduated from Mathematics/ Statistics/ Finance/ Economy
- Min. 1 year of working experience in Statistics/Finance/Data project, or strong involvement in numbers.
- Excellent statistical analysis skill.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Exemplary communication skills, ability to work with large cross-functional teams of technical and non-technical members
- Familiar with project management tools/techniques (e.g. Atlassian, Jira, Confluence, etc), client service area, operational support, and financial investment industry will be a plus.
- Familiar with using Meta trader 4 & 5 is a plus
- Familiar with forex trading terms (Slippage, Spread Levels, Margin Requirement, Overbook, etc) is a plus
- Willing to work in shift
