Organize and manage all offline stores operations performance to achieve the given target (sales/revenue and staff's productivity, operations performance, security, store display, customer services & hospitality)
Responsible in optimizing the store management and staff allocation and hiring within the department and to supervise/guide offline store team towards maximum performance
Keep abreast of market trends to determine the need for improvements in the store (system, procedure and services)
Organizing the supply chain operations and ensure healthy inventory are in placed to gain maximum sales performance
Responsible to prevent stock loss within the stores
Prepare and control the store's budget and P&L in aiming for minimum expenditure and efficiency and also optimized profitability
Working in hands with marketing campaign team and visual merchandiser to plan and oversee offline in-store or off-store promotional events or displays
Provide and present report and analysis to higher level management
Maintain relation with Brands/Principal in terms of daily operations
Job Requirement :
Min Bachelor Degree from any major
Advanced experience and knowledge in retail industry
Proven experience as retail operations management Manager more that 3 years
Outstanding communication & interpersonal abilities with strong Leadership and advanced knowledge of retail management software
Analytical mind and familiarity with data analysis principles
