Operations Manager

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Batam for an Operations Manager. In this position, you will oversee and streamline day-to-day banking operations, ensure operational efficiency, and adhere to regulatory compliance. Responsibilities will include supervising teams, optimizing workflows, managing resources, and developing strategic plans to enhance organizational performance. You will collaborate across departments to ensure quality service delivery and achieve company goals.

• Strong leadership, management, and team coordination abilities
• Experience in banking operations, financial management, and regulatory compliance
• Problem-solving, analytical thinking, and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with banking software and technologies
• Proficiency in developing and implementing operational strategies and systems
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus)
• Strong understanding of the banking and financial regulations in Indonesia
