Job Description

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years experience in managerial or lead roles.
  • Own a personal vehicle and a driver's license (Sim A/C)

Key Responsibilities:

1.Operations Management:

  • Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
  • Monitor day-to-day operations to ensure they align with the organization's goals and standards.
  • Identify and resolve operational issues and bottlenecks.

2.Team Leadership:

  • Supervise and provide leadership to teams or departments, ensuring they are working efficiently and effectively.
  • Set performance goals and expectations for team members and provide regular feedback and coaching.
  • Promote a positive work culture and maintain a motivated and productive workforce.

3.Resource Management:

  • Manage and allocate resources, including personnel, equipment, and budgets, to meet operational needs.
  • Develop and monitor budgets and cost control measures to optimize operational expenses.
  • Procure necessary materials and supplies to support operations.

4.Quality Control:

  • Implement quality control processes to ensure products or services meet the organization's quality standards.
  • Continuously monitor and assess the quality of operations and make improvements as needed.

5.Strategic Planning:

  • Collaborate with senior management to develop and execute operational strategies that align with the company's overall objectives.
  • Participate in the development of long-term plans and goals for the organization.

6.Risk Management:

  • Identify potential risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate them.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.

7.Performance Measurement:

  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to assess operational performance.
  • Analyze data and reports to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions.

8.Communication:

  • Maintain open and effective communication channels within the organization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and departments to achieve operational goals.
