Compensation: IDR 25,000,000 – 35,000,000 per month (commensurate with experience)

Operating across Indonesia, Malaysia, Nepal, and Vietnam, Cloudwell currently works alongside its nonprofit partner, Gravity Water, to implement high-impact water projects for public infrastructure globally. The Operations Manager will support the Country Director in managing day-to-day operational activities across Indonesia. This role is critical to ensuring high-quality project implementation, efficient supply chain management, and strong after-sales support.

Given the company's early-stage environment, the ideal candidate will be comfortable taking on a wide range of responsibilities and playing a key role in building operational systems and processes from the ground up.

Product Fabrication & Warehouse Management

• Oversee product fabrication processes and coordinate with manufacturing partners
• Manage warehouse operations, inventory tracking, and material flow

Project Installation Management

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee installation of rainwater systems across project sites
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to high quality standards

Maintenance & After-Sales Support

• Develop and manage maintenance systems and schedules
• Oversee after-sales support and ensure timely resolution of issues

Team Management & Training

• Train, supervise, and manage field teams and technicians
• Ensure strong team performance, accountability, and safety practices

Quality Control & Assurance

• Implement and maintain quality standards across all installations and products
• Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure consistency and performance

Supply Chain & Logistics

• Support procurement, logistics coordination, and material planning
• Work closely with suppliers and partners to ensure timely delivery

Operational Efficiency & Systems

• Support development of operational processes, reporting systems, and workflows
• Contribute to continuous improvement of efficiency and cost-effectiveness

Cross-functional Support

• Assist with Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL) processes
• Support product development and design improvements based on field feedback
  

• Indonesian national, based in or willing to travel frequently within Greater Jakarta area
• 3–7 years of experience in operations, project management, construction, or related fields
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Experience managing teams and field operations preferred
• Familiarity with supply chain, logistics, or warehouse management
• Experience in water systems, construction, or infrastructure is a strong plus
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia (required)
