Tropical Kasbah is looking for an experienced Operations Manager with a strong background in Bali's hospitality industry. We need a reliable, hardworking professional who can lead daily operations, manage reservations accurately, and maintain high standards across our properties.

This role requires strong operational leadership and hands-on expertise in booking management.

Key responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations and coordinate teams across our properties.

• Manage and monitor reservations through GuestPro, our website, and OTA platforms.

• Keep availability, rates, room allocations, and booking information accurate and consistent across all channels.

• Follow up on payments, special requests, booking changes, and cancellations.

• Anticipate operational issues and resolve them promptly.

• Ensure clear communication between reservations, front office, housekeeping, and maintenance.

• Follow tasks through to completion and check that standards are consistently met.

What we're looking for:

• Substantial hospitality experience in Bali, including proven management responsibilities.

• Strong practical experience with GuestPro, OTA platforms, and direct website bookings.

• Excellent spoken and written English.

• Exceptional attention to detail, organisation, and follow-through.

• The ability to prioritise, make decisions, and work effectively under pressure.

• Flexibility with working hours to meet operational needs.

• A strong work ethic, a dependable professional track record, and a commitment to a long-term role.
