Operations Manager (FINNS Beach Club)
FINNS Beach Club is looking for an experienced Operations Manager to support the Senior Operations Manager in driving day-to-day floor operations across one of Bali's busiest and most high-profile hospitality venues.
This role is hands-on, floor-focused and operationally demanding to ensure standards are consistently executed at scale.

Responsibilities
- Support the Senior Operations Manager to ensure smooth service delivery, alignment across all departments, and strong floor visibility during peak periods
- Maintain premium service and presentation standards, handle VIPs discreetly, and resolve real-time complaints or recurring issues with effective service recovery
- Coach Floor Managers and staff by leading by example, reinforcing grooming and behavioral standards, and building accountability through daily briefings and training.
- Assist in implementing new systems, SOPs, and guest flow improvements, while tracking efficiency, progress, and floor execution.
- Monitor operational risks, maintain safety and brand standards, manage incidents, and provide clear reporting to senior management.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as an Operations Manager, Assistant Operations Manager, Venue Manager, Floor Manager or similar in a high-volume hospitality environment.
- Strong background in beach clubs, hotels, restaurants, nightlife, resorts or large-scale F&B operations.
- Experience managing multicultural teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia (additional languages are a plus).
- Strong floor presence and ability to lead from the front.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage pressure, guest complaints and operational challenges calmly.
- Strong understanding of service standards, guest experience and venue operations.
- Comfortable working evenings, weekends, public holidays and peak event periods.
- Previous international experience is preferred.
- Bali or Southeast Asia experience is an advantage but not essential.
