Adecco Indonesia is currently assisting a new F&B brand from Korea that is expanding into Indonesia and is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee their newly opened store in Jakarta.
Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations to ensure high standards of food quality, service, and cleanliness
- Drive revenue performance, budgeting, forecasting, and P&L management
- Monitor and evaluate operational performance across outlets and implement improvements
- Lead, train, and develop restaurant teams to achieve operational excellence
- Build strong collaboration with internal teams and external partners
- Support local marketing initiatives and community engagement activities
Requirements:
- Minimum 35 years of experience in the same or similar role
- Experience managing multi-outlet or multi-brand operations in the restaurant, lifestyle, retail, or hotel industry
- Strong knowledge of and passion for Food & Beverage
- Fluent in Korean and English (mandatory)
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Good financial and business acumen
- Strong strategic thinking, planning, and organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and presentation tools
