Position Summary:

We are seeking a results-driven Operations Manager to oversee and optimize daily business operations, strengthen processes, and ensure compliance with industry regulations. In this role, you will be responsible for managing workflows, building and maintaining strong partner relationships, and supporting the company's growth strategy through efficient operational management. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance productivity, enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and monitor key performance indicators to ensure business continuity and scalability.

Job Description:

  • Manage and streamline day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and compliance.
  • Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to improve process effectiveness and reduce delays.
  • Oversee financial and operational tasks, ensuring regulatory adherence and timely execution.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners to support smooth transactions and continuous collaboration.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to enhance project delivery speed and operational outcomes.
  • Monitor and report on operational KPIs to ensure business objectives are achieved.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in operations, preferably in fintech, enterprise tech, or digital platforms.
  • Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and external partners.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills (both Indonesian and English).
  • Experience in SOP development, compliance, and operational monitoring is highly preferred.
