A Day in the Life Embark on an accelerated 12-month rotational journey across our plant, learning from industry experts and preparing for a future leadership role in Operations.

• Operational Rotations: Experience hands-on rotations.
• Continuous Improvement: Lead concrete optimization projects utilizing Industry 4.0 technology.
• On-the-Job Learning: Participate in technical masterclasses and functional skill-building.

We Are Looking For

• Engineering graduate with a maximum of 2 years of work experience.
• Minimum GPA of 3.00 / 4.00 (or equivalent).
• Fluent English speaker with high potential in leadership and management.
• An entrepreneurial spirit paired with analytical skills and creative problem-solving.
• A collaborative team player with a proactive, can-do attitude.
