Job Description:
- Operations Management: Lead end-to-end daily sortation center operations across inbound team (IB), or sorting team (CBS).
- Target Delivery: Ensure productivity, PPH, accuracy, and on-time dispatch targets are consistently achieved. Follow up and clear pending parcel status within the system to maintain the predetermined period.
- SLA Monitoring: Handle backlog chasing and manage workflows to meet Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Manpower Planning: Monitor daily volumes and optimize shifts, staffing, and workflows for BAU and campaign periods.
- Data Reporting: Report a summary of data, operational concerns, and proposed improvement procedures to supervisors and other relevant parties.
- Performance & Improvement: Track KPIs, identify gaps, and drive process, layout, and SOP improvements.
- People Leadership: Lead, coach, and develop supervisors and frontline teams support hiring, onboarding, and training.
- Safety & Stakeholder Coordination: Ensure safety and compliance, support audits, and coordinate with linehaul, first-mile, engineering, and management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in Logistic Management, Supply Chain, Business Administration or any related field
- 3-6 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or e-commerce operations. Prior experience in a sortation center or high-volume fulfillment environment is an advantage
- Experience leading frontline teams in a fast-paced operation
- Strong working knowledge of Spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets)
- Able to work with sorting machines and conveyors
- Ableto work under deadlines, tight timeline and extra-long working hours during campaign
- Able to work on shift and day-off when required (mostly afternoon and night shift), and extra-long working hours during campaign
- Able to communicate in English is a plus
- Possess problem-solving, multitasking,prioritizing, and conflict management skills
- Good interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills
