Job Description

We are looking for a compassionate and hands-on House & Family Room Program Lead to oversee the daily operations, service quality, and overall guest experience of a family support program based in Jakarta.

This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about creating a safe, clean, comfortable, and supportive environment for families during challenging times. This position will be responsible for leading the House and Family Room operations, managing the team, ensuring strong service standards, and maintaining close coordination with internal teams, volunteers, hospitals, social workers, vendors, and external partners. This job is based in Jakarta, Indonesia.


Key Responsibilitie

  • sOversee the daily operations of the House and Family Room programs, ensuring all facilities are clean, safe, comfortable, and well-maintained
  • .Develop, update, and implement SOPs, work checklists, daily monitoring procedures, and service standards
  • .Supervise House Coordinators, Family Room Coordinators, cleaning staff, security staff, contractors, and vendors
  • .Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, kitchen, dining area, laundry, activity rooms, restrooms, and other shared facilities
  • .Manage staff scheduling, daily task allocation, briefings, training, performance evaluation, and operational reporting
  • .Monitor inventory, supplies, equipment, facility conditions, damage reports, and repair requests
  • .Prepare and manage the annual operational budget, ensuring responsible and efficient use of funds and resources
  • .Support families by creating a welcoming, respectful, and home-like environment
  • .Coordinate with volunteers, social workers, hospital staff, and partner organizations to support family needs
  • .Maintain accurate and confidential family data, program records, reports, survey results, and impact-related information
  • .Plan and coordinate family activities, parent programs, children's programs, and special events
  • .Represent the organization positively as an ambassador of its mission, values, and community impact

Requiremen

  • tsAssociate or bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Human Services, Social Work, Business Management, or related fields is preferre
  • d.5–8 years of relevant professional experience in hospitality operations, facility management, guest services, program operations, social services, NGO/non-profit operations, or related field
  • s.Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience, including managing staff, volunteers, programs, or daily operation
  • s.Strong organizational, planning, time management, decision-making, and problem-solving skill
  • s.Excellent written and verbal communication skill
  • s.Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, and database system
  • s.Able to work with families and guests from diverse socioeconomic and cultural background
  • s.High level of empathy, professionalism, ethical standards, confidentiality, and fiscal responsibilit
